The AllCity Administration facility allows the website owner to access maintenance areas within the website including access to the Ecwid store.  As the Website owner, no other person other than Randall Associates, has access to these special maintenance areas unless user-names and passwords with full administration rights (super-user) are supplied. Please keep your user-name and password safe.  Customers with access to the Web Store with 'Registered User' access rights, cannot view the AllCity Administration options, nor can they access the Ecwid Control Panel or the Website Administration Panel.  Access to these areas are provided to you below. 

Please refer to the training videos for information on how to carry out the various maintenance function. Please be careful when you carry out your maintenance and if you are unsure of any changes you are about to make, contact Randall Associates for assistance.
