Restricted Customer Sales

AllCity.co.nz, by New Zealand Law is legally unauthorized to sell aerosol spray paint to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years of age.  Customers must open an account with AllCity.co.nz and prove they meet the age restriction*. Approved customers will be provided with a password to login to their web account to process their orders.

Delivery Policy

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order. It is our intention that you should receive your order within 3-10 days to any standard New Zealand address.  All small packages are sent with Post Haste Couriers, larger orders are sent with Owens Transport.  Please email us with any special delivery instructions.

If for any reason part or all of your order is unavailable or temporarily out of stock you will be contacted before dispatch of any goods or before proceeding further with your order.

Refund Policy

If you find an item received from us is faulty, please contact AllCity.co.nz for an exchange and return it to us within 14 days of delivery with all packing and accessories.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.

Trade Customers

Wholesale offered to customers with orders in excess of $1000. All marker pens, liquid paints and spray paints MUST be ordered in quantities of 6 units per colour.

All products are priced in New Zealand dollars NZD ($).

All orders to be paid in full no more than 3 days after processing.

New AllCity Customers

As an Approved Customer, AllCity has supplied you with a membership username and a password to login to this website.  By logging into the site as a member, you have access to the Web Store which is not available to the general public.  AllCity, by New Zealand Law is legally unauthorized to sell aerosol spray paint to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years of age.

The Web Store is hosted on its own separate secure server and before you complete your order, you must ‘Sign In’ with your own personal username and password. Click on the Sign In button.

As a new customer, you will need to allocate your own personal username and password and enter your account information.  See details below.

To activate your new account, click on the Create new account link.

 

The AllCity Administration facility allows the website owner to access maintenance areas within the website including access to the Ecwid store.  As the Website owner, no other person other than Randall Associates, has access to these special maintenance areas unless user-names and passwords with full administration rights (super-user) are supplied. Please keep your user-name and password safe.  Customers with access to the Web Store with 'Registered User' access rights, cannot view the AllCity Administration options, nor can they access the Ecwid Control Panel or the Website Administration Panel.  Access to these areas are provided to you below.
